The defendant shall pay 3,868,00 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

[2013rd group 1466] The Defendant has been working for the victim E law firm located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from June 1, 2012 to December 14, 2012 and has been engaged in accounting and transportation.

Around June 12, 2012, the Defendant managed the corporate account related to accounting for the victim at the above law firm office, and used the corporate account transfer at will from June 4, 2012 to December 14, 2012, 145,734,000 won in total by the same way 57 times from June 4, 2012 to December 14, 2012, from the new bank account in the name of the Defendant to the new bank account in the name of the said law firm as well as from June 2012 to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

[2] From February 1, 2013 to February 8, 2013, the Defendant served as an office member from “law firm H” to “law firm H” and from April 9, 2013 to May 13, 2013, the Defendant was in charge of providing support and accounting services.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant received 3,865,820 won from K attorney-at-law from the victim’s “Law H” in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and received 4,965,820 won in cash and 1,100,000 won in cash from K attorney-at-law and paid 4,960,340 won in cash for January 2013. On the same day, the Defendant withdrawn 3,865,820 won from the said new bank account at the 3,865,820 won in the 3,865,820 won in the 3,00 won in the 1,094,520 won in cash from the said new bank account, and then withdrawn 1,094,960,340 won in cash from the said new bank account at his/her own expense for the victim’s business, and then made a withdrawal of personal debt and his/her daily living expenses.
