1. The defendant shall pay 52,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from December 5, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, but did not submit a specific written response, and did not appear on the date for pleading, therefore, it is deemed that the plaintiff led to the confession of the plaintiff's assertion pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
