around May 6, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court; on September 21, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to 300,000 won of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; on October 6, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on April 3, 201; on April 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc.; on the same court on June 5, 2013; on April 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the same court on April 29, 2015.

7.1. The execution of the sentence was completed in the Red Prison.

1. Habitual theft;

A. On September 11, 2015, at around 00:10 on September 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off with one cellular phone equivalent to KRW 300,000,000, at the victim E-owned market in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon.

B. On October 13, 2015, around 14:30, the Defendant: (a) driven a victim H-owned passenger car, which was parked in the G Gamba City F, in front of the Gamba, and was stolen.

C. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door for the Maz Vehicle, which was parked in the front parking lot of the public health clinic of Boan-si, 234, Boan-si, Boan-si, Boan-si, 21:30 on October 13, 2015; and (b) stolen the inside money and valuables of the vehicle; (c) but (d) did not bring about an attempted attempt due to the singinging

The Defendant opened a front door that was parked at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (c) and did not correct Lbera crat-car, and cut off the cash amounting to KRW 100,000,000 in cash owned by the victim M between the driver and the chief.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license within a section of about 20 km from the date and time crossing as stated in the above 1-B and from the G 1-B to the G 1-B road in front of the National Cemetery of Bospoon-si.
