The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
Expenses for appeal shall be borne by the plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and the purport of the appeal are the judgment of the first instance.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the lower court’s acceptance of the first instance judgment is as follows: (a) except for a case where “1,208,470 won” of the third 9th 9 of the first instance judgment is changed to “1,308,470 won”, the reasoning of the first instance judgment is the same as that of the first instance judgment; and (b) thus, it is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
