1. The defendant shall pay 23,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 25, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim shall lend a total of KRW 23 million to the defendant on Nov. 13, 2008, including KRW 12 million on Aug. 10, 2009, and KRW 10 million on Aug. 10, 2009. The above loan and its damages for delay are claimed by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
