손해배상(기)
1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
(c)shall be published after correction; and
2) Article 46-2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Petroleum Business Act amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy by Presidential Decree No. 250 on May 14, 2012 (Publication of Petroleum Products, etc. in Violation of Quality Standards) (2) shall be announced within five days from the date the relevant administrative disposition is taken. In such cases, where the Corporation and the Institute are announced through publication on the Internet homepage of the Corporation and the relevant Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City, Do, Special Self-Governing Province, or Si/Gun/autonomous Gu, the period classified as follows shall be the period of publication.
In such cases, when the Corporation and the Institute are published on the Internet homepage for publication and the Internet homepage of the relevant Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City, Do, Special Self-Governing Province or Si/Gun/autonomous Gu, the following period shall be the period of publication:
