Punishment of the crime
On June 4, 2017, around 16:45, the Defendant driven B mast car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.152% in the 2km section from the 2km section to the road near the Pulsan Educational Training Institute located in the upper northwest of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-do.
