In light of relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. Following the attempted purchase of phiphones among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations and by misapprehending the rules of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the investigation of a ship in violation of logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
