However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) driving a BK3 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.153% in blood on September 17, 2017, and led D’s front road in Gumisi C to the jurisdiction of the Eup/Myeon office of the present high school.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by thoroughly operating a driver of a motor vehicle, and by operating the steering and brakes accurately, it was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance.
