1. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant interfered with general traffic on January 30, 2013: (a) attended the meeting to remove non-regular workers, withdraw from provisional attachment, discontinue the destruction of labor union, and pass a resolution of the Korean Labor Union, which was held in front of the headquarters of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”) located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “Korean Labor Union Federation”); and (b) obstructed the passage of many unspecified vehicles by means of an assembly and demonstration, which was held by approximately 1,30 participants of other assemblies and demonstrations from around 17:00 to about 17:47 of the same day, deviating from the place of the reported assembly and demonstration, by occupying four lanes of five lanes in the direction of proceeding on the roads of Samsung Bio-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land by other means.

2. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took part in the “National Workers’ Competition” held in the Seoul plaza located in the Jung-gu Seoul square, Jung-gu, Seoul on November 10, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the passage of a large number of unspecified vehicles for about 15 minutes from around 16:55 to around 18:10 on the same day, after having been present at around 15,00 other participants in the demonstration at around 16:55, and 4, Gao-ro 4, Gao-ro, out of the place of demonstration reported at around 16:55 on the same day; and (b) from around 10:10 to around 18:10 on the same day, Gao-ro 4, compost 4, compost, Gao-ro 6, Gao-ri, Gao-ri, Gao-ro 6, Gao-ro.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land by other means.
