It is not determined that the sentence of the court below is unreasonable because of the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant appears to have committed the instant crime in an economically difficult situation; (b) the Defendant is against his own will; (c) the Defendant was able to have been tried together with the instant crime; (d) the Defendant had a large number of identical criminal records; and (e) the Defendant has not recovered from damage up to the trial; and (e) the Defendant’s character and conduct, motives, means, and methods of the instant crime.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
