Facts in the cause of the claim may be acknowledged by taking into account the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8 and Eul evidence No. 1.

Therefore, the Defendants, as C’s inheritor, are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff, who is the assignee of the claim within the scope of the inherited property, the amount indicated in Paragraph (1) of this Article.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
