The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of E operated by the victim D (at the age of 57 years) located in Busan Young-gu, Busan, the Defendant reported the Defendant to enter the place; and (b) the Defendant “Bara” to the victim who read “Ia”; (c) 20:25 on July 31, 2017;

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
