However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BM5 vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and the Road Traffic Act (or the injury).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from an injury to the victim, such as light dump, etc. in need of treatment for about five weeks due to such occupational negligence, and at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the said Aburged car to be repaired in the amount of KRW 1,764,00, and escaped without taking necessary measures.

On September 14, 2017, around 09:00, the Defendant illegally used a vehicle: (a) discovered that the vehicle keys is displayed on a corporate bank parking lot located in 169, Y5 car owned by the victim E; and (b) drive approximately 1.4 km from the above parking lot to the narrow solar apartment located in 30, Busan, Sho-gu, Busan, Y5 car without the victim’s consent.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's automobile temporarily without the consent of the right holder.
