Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to the defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Ulsan District Court on February 7, 2013, which became final and conclusive on February 15, 2013 and is still under suspended execution.

The Defendants, as Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, was known to the general public.

No one shall provide game products not rated by the Game Products Management Committee for distribution or use, display or keep them for such purposes, or exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of the game products for business purposes.

Nevertheless, the Defendants established an illegal game room in which Defendant B had work experience in the game area prior to Defendant A, and Defendant A conspired with Defendant B to make profits by taking into account the transfer experience.

The Defendants in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the E 2nd floor game room located in Yangsan City, E in the E 2nd floor from September 10, 2013 to November 01, 2013, Defendant B leased the above game site to install 23 computers with camping games in which customers did not receive any rating from the Game Management Committee, and exchange the said game site with cash of 20,000 won per point 1 of points that customers gain through the said game, and Defendant A knew the location of the above game site and accepted a computer in which the horse game was installed at F’s request to prevent customers from harming the Defendant B from harming their reputation in the game site.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer the unclassified game products for unspecified use and exchange the results of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
