On May 3, 2014, at the defendant's house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si B, 121 Dong 403, and "to be enlisted in the 306 supplementary unit located in the Do Government on July 22, 2014," the defendant did not enlist without justifiable grounds, even after receiving a notice of enlistment in the active service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-si regional military manpower office, within three days from the date of enlistment.
