【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 24, 2018, the criminal defendant against the victim B made a false statement to the victim B, who was known in the “D”, a smartphone mobile game, to the extent that the defendant sent 10,000 game money to the victim B, and that “the remittance of KRW 200,000,000,” to the victim B.

However, the defendant did not have the game money itself at the time, and even if he received the price, he did not have the intent or ability to immediately send the agreed game money.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, remitted KRW 200,000 from the victim to the E-bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and by means of the same method on April 18, 2018, the Defendant acquired KRW 400,000 in total from the victim to transfer KRW 200,000 as the price for game money.

2. On April 19, 2018, the criminal defendant against the victim G made a false statement to the victim G, which was known in the “D” located in Osan City’s residential area, and in the smartphone mobile game “D”, the criminal defendant sent 15,00 game money to the victim G and sent 300,000 won first.”

However, the defendant did not have the game money itself at the time, and even if he received the price, he did not have the intent or ability to immediately send the agreed game money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 300,000 won from the victim through the E-bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On June 1, 2018, the Defendant against the victim H sent 14,00 game money to the victim H, which was known in the “D”, within the residence of Osan-si, and in the “D” of smartphone mobile game around June 1, 2018, the Defendant first sent 270,000 won.
