On April 5, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court). On April 5, 2019, the detention was revoked on April 5, 2019, and thereafter released at the Seoul Eastern Detention Center, and the said judgment was finalized on April 13, 2019.

1. Around 01:00 on January 22, 2020, the Defendant ordered the victim C to “D” restaurant operated by Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yongsan-gu, and the fact was committed as if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the price, and then, ordered E, an employee, a sum of KRW 25,00,000, including the net party, the landing place, the landing place, the beer, the beer, and the beer, who received it from the victim.

around 21:00 on December 17, 2019, the Defendant issued an order for food equivalent to KRW 20,000 in total of market prices, such as chickens sand collection, valleys, and beer, if he/she had no intention or ability to pay the price, and if he/she conducts as if he/she would normally pay the price, he/she would be paid the price.
