A. The defendant, around 2007, is located within the development restriction zone at the plaintiff's expense.

As stated in paragraph (1), the land of the Republic of Korea owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “land subject to development of this case”) was developed with a building permit obtained from a museum, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “instant development project”).

B. On July 22, 2008, KRW 200,000, KRW 100,000 on August 25, 2008, KRW 200,000 on September 30, 2008, KRW 800,000 on October 17, 2008, KRW 300,000 on May 20, 2009, KRW 200,000 on February 4, 2010, and KRW 20,000 on March 26, 2010, and KRW 20,000 on September 26, 2010, respectively.

On July 10, 2008, with respect to the instant land subject to development, 330 square meters in the name of the Plaintiff, with respect to the reconstruction of agricultural products storage facilities, the permission for the extension of detached houses in the name of the Plaintiff with respect to the 330 square meters in Nam-si, Nam-si, Seoul with respect to the 426 square meters in the name of the Plaintiff, the permission for the extension of agricultural products storage facilities and general restaurants, the permission for the extension of 816 square meters in the name of the Plaintiff on April 15, 2009, the 338 square meters in the name of the Plaintiff on April 15, 2009, the 71 square meters in the JJ, the 71 square meters in the name of the KK, the 1,612 square meters in the name of the 161 square meters in the name of the Defendant on June 18, 2009, the permission for new construction of the instant museum in the name of the Plaintiff on the 461 square meters in the name of the forest.

In the process of such building permission, the F 426 square meters and G 194 square meters were originally transferred to the land category, but the land category was changed to the site on May 30, 2008.

In accordance with the permission for extension of detached Housing stated in paragraph (1), one detached Housing is newly constructed on the E ground of Nam-si, Namyang-si, and the approval for use was obtained on December 31, 2008.

E. At present, the development project of this case was suspended, and permission for the new establishment of MM Museum under the name of the defendant was also granted around 2012.
