On August 31, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on August 16:00, 2017, driven C249 Simna juba in a section of about 150 meters from the front road of the Gu-gu Dong-gu B, Daegu to the same village of the Gu to approximately 230 Do-dong.
