The defendant is the owner of Ansan-si B.

1. On October 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed traffic on the land through which ordinary vehicles pass by blocking a hacks, H beam beam, container stuff, and container stuff on the ground that the farm owner, etc. using paths on the surface of the Defendant’s land located in Ansan-si B from October 27, 2017, on the ground that the farm owner, etc. using paths do not pay land usage fees.
