A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) and a claimant for an order to observe a sexual crime (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) came to know the trade name in B at around 23:40 on December 20, 2017, when he/she becomes aware of the identity of the victimized Party D (the age of 34) through introduction of an insular C (n, the age of 44). On December 20, 2017, he/she came to know of the identity of the victimized Party D (n, the age of 34) and drinks in a singing and drinks in an inssular line with the following 21th day after drinking the injured Party.
On December 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) called the victim’s side business to the effect that “I wish to open training,” the victim’s side business as the part of the E building in Busan City E; (b) opened the victim’s house; (c) opened the conversation with the victim’s own part of the victim’s clothes; and (d) sealed the victim’s part of the victim’s clothes and the part of the side gate, she laid off from the victim’s clothes, she saw the victim’s part of the other part of the victim’s clothes, and put the victim’s finger into the victim’s part of the back gate, but did not properly put the victim’s part of the other part of the victim’s gate and the part of the back gate back gate into the victim’s part.
