The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the point of “C” located in Suwon-si B and Three stories of Suwon-si on July 3, 2017; and (b) at the point of “C”, the alcohol value was wning.
The face and top half of the victim D(30) was cited by the defendant, who was employed by the main store in the above main store in the city, and assault the victim by continuously taking four face of the victim into consideration the defendant's head four times.
2. On December 8, 2017, after the prosecution of the instant case was instituted, the judgment dismissing a public prosecution of the victim’s non-guilty intent (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
