around 00:10 on October 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a passenger car at CBelgium, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.186% of alcohol content, from the subway error station in Seoul and the subway error station to the front road in Busan and about 2.5km from the 2.5km section to the father-si B.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, who violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice.

around 09:26 November 4, 2018, the Defendant driven a CBelgium car with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.060% in the section of about 200 meters from the subway station located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon to the front road of the same Dong-ro No. 818, Dong-ro No. 6, Dong-ro No. 3158, Nov. 4, 2018.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, who violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice.
