1. On January 24, 2019, the Defendant, along with wife and wife, operated the “C” of the clothing manufacturing enterprise on the second floor of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government B, and transferred the said “C” to the wife around September 20, 2018, and lived in the salary-making factory on the first floor of the D-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

On January 24, 2019, at around 22:09, the Defendant filed a complaint with his wife several times in the course of divorce with the above wing factory, and called to 119 mobile phones with a cell phone, and “is intending to deliver gas source. They also want to find employment. They need not find employment. No other person is a building D. other person. I are no other person. I will be responsible for a police officer if you come to know. I will be responsible for a police officer. I are called to be called to be called to be called to be called to be called to be called to the scene. I sent to the scene eight fire officers who belong to the 119-dong, the two fire vehicles, six police officers belonging to the Seo-gu, and three patrol units.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officials concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the handling of 119 reported cases by fire officers by deceptive means.

2. On February 12, 2019, the Defendant called 112 cell phone from the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) on the same ground as the statement at around 01:48 on February 12, 2019, and falsely reported to the effect that “I do not want to die. I do not want to die. I do not want to die. I do not want to die.” The Defendant called 15 firemen belonging to 119, 5 vehicles, such as the structure and 15 vehicles, 8 police officers belonging to the Seo-gu Ban-dong, and 3 patrols, to the site.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officials concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the handling of 119 reported cases by fire officers by deceptive means.
