Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Punishment of the crime
Under Article 41 of the School Regulations and Article 19 of the School Regulations of the H University located G in the East Sea of Gangwon-do, students shall attend the lectures of all subjects and shall not obtain credits for the subjects if the number of days of absence per subject exceeds the prescribed limit, and the results of the subjects shall be treated as F.
The limit of absence from each subject shall not exceed 1/4 of the total class hours of the relevant semester.
The attendance shall be recorded and maintained in the attendance status of the applicants for the attendance at each school shall be recorded and the examination for the relevant subject shall not be applied when the attendance is completed at least 1/4 of the total class hours of each semester.

1. Defendant A is an associate professor in the administrative department of H University from February 2006, and is serving as the principal in charge of the academic affairs of the same university until February 2006.
On February 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) as a career soldier working in the 1st century in the Navy located in the East Sea on February 18, 2010, fabricated the attendance book as if he were absent from work in excess of 1/4 of the total number of school days; (b) granted a bachelor’s degree after giving an interim examination, a final examination, a performance test score, a submission score, etc.; and (c) granted a bachelor’s degree; and (d) granted a bachelor’s degree by the same method, as indicated in [Attachment] Nos. 67 through 76 of the List of Crimes.
2. Defendant B, from February 20, 2007, was in office as president of H University from February 20, 2007 to now, and conferment of degree is his duties.
The Defendant is aware of the fact that professors, such as J, K, A, and the Department of Engineering, the Department of Foreign Language Information, the Department of Social Welfare, etc., violate the school regulations in the manner described in the above paragraph (1) and make a decision on graduation, as described in [Attachment] Nos. 1 through 86.
