1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,482,013 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 27, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff, as employed by the Defendant, provided labor from September 1, 2017 to July 12, 2019, and retired from office, but did not receive KRW 30,482,013 in total as wages of KRW 19,740,00, retirement allowances of KRW 10,742,013.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 30,482,013 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 27, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the expiration of 14 days from the Plaintiff’s retirement date.
