However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was indicted for violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on June 20, 2013 in Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2013 High Court Decision 2045, and the Defendant was willing to submit a copy or original of an international driver’s license (issuance of July 16, 2012) under the name of the president of the Switzerland Transport Association (UF) or an original to the court, or to receive a favorable judgment by presenting it to the presiding judge.

On June 24, 2013, the Defendant submitted a copy of the above international driver’s license to a civil petition office of Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court). On October 16, 2013, the Defendant presented the original copy of the above international driver’s license to the presiding judge who is aware of the circumstances in the court of law No. 202 of Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court). On November 12, 2013, the Defendant submitted the copy of the above international driver’s license to the public petition office of Seoul Northern District Court (Korean translation) who is aware of the circumstances.

2. Exercising perjury documents in cases of Seoul Eastern District Court 2013 High Court 2050

A. On June 15, 2013, the Defendant, who controlled the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and attempted to receive any favorable disposition by submitting a copy of an international driver’s license (issuing on July 16, 2012) in the name of the President of the Association of Transport of the Philippines, which is a private document pertaining to the forged certification of facts, to the police station.

On June 17, 2013, the defendant submitted a copy of the above international driver's license to the police officer in charge of being aware of the fact at the office of the Seoul Song Police Station and the Transport Investigation Team.

B. On July 11, 2013, the Defendant was indicted for a summary charge of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving on a sound driving), etc., and subsequently, attempted to obtain favorable judgment by presenting the original international driver’s license under the name of the president of the Association of Transport of the Philippines, which is a private document regarding a forged certificate of fact to the presiding judge.

On October 22, 2013, the Defendant presented the original of the above international driver’s license to the presiding judge who is unaware of the fact in the court of Seoul Eastern District Court No. 9.
