C A corporation filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff in order to pay the acquisition amount by transfer under the order of Paragraph 1, following the filing of the lawsuit against the Plaintiff by the Jung-gu District Court Macheon-si Court 2009Ga Office 12889. The fact that the Defendant’s successor to the Plaintiff, who received the salt claim from the above company, agreed on the repayment of the Plaintiff’s debt with the Plaintiff and concluded that the Plaintiff’s debt was fully repaid, does not conflict between the parties.
