The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged was around 10:30 on November 19, 2013, the Defendant, on the ground that the victim D(20 years of age) was infinite in C 1st floor C in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, B, and assaulted the victim, such as taking the head of the milk and breathing the ero.
2. The reasons for dismissing the prosecution of this case are the crimes falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act. According to the written agreement bound in the trial records, it can be acknowledged that the victim has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant around May 29, 2014, which is the case after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
