The defendant shall be ordered to complete 100 hours of sexual assault treatment program.

The defendant and the requester for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental disorder caused by the on-site illness.

1. On May 11, 2014, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by reporting the victim E (or 20 years of age) who is an employee at a DNA store located in Pyeongtaek-si C on May 11, 2014, and causing the victim’s desire to do so in a timely manner.

2. On May 11, 2014, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) reported the Victim F (F) on the front side of the ice Dog-ro 2, Pyeongtaek-si 2, 10 (Pyeong-si 10 (Pyeong-dong); and (b) made the Victim F (F) on the front side of the Dog Dog-ro 10 (Pyeong-dong 18) and expressed the Victim’s Dog Dog Dog Dog-ro Dog Dog on one occasion; and (c) committed an indecent act by forcing the Victim to take the Victim’s hand.

As above, the Defendant, who committed a crime punishable by imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment, needs to receive medical treatment at a medical treatment and custody facility and is in danger of recidivism.
