A and B as the visually disabled person, Defendant B serves as the so-called "the second president" who enters into a commercial rental agreement with the business owner who intends to operate the commercial sex acts in his name after receiving a certain monthly wage from the actual business owner who intends to operate the commercial sex acts, and Defendant A serves as a person who introduces the president of the disabled site and the unemployment owner of the commercial sex acts. C, E, and D installed 10 shower facilities and 10 rooms equipped with a shower with the trade name “K” on the third floor of the above J building from June 2016 to July 26, 2016, and Defendant F resided in the said “K,” while receiving KRW 150,000 from unspecified male guests, directed female employees to engage in sexual intercourse with male guests, and managed the amount of sexual traffic received.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
