1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 66,59,719 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
1. Claim: (a) the unpaid balance of the goods supplied to the Defendant from April 2014 to July 2015; and (b) the unpaid amount of KRW 66,59,719; and (c) damages for delay.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) from September 25, 2015 was promulgated and enforced from October 1, 2015. As such, in the instant case, the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied (Article 2(2) of the Addenda). The Plaintiff’s claim
