From around 20:00 on April 11, 2017 to 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) entered the 1st floor coffee set by the Victim H, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, in which the Defendant used to drink to drink and drink, and (b) franks against many unspecified customers within the coffee set a time fee without any justifiable reason; and (c) interfered with the victim’s legitimate coffee set-up business by: (a) “I am going to sphers that I am going to sphera, and I am to spher it.”
