When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

1. Around January 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (illegal Medical Service Providers) received 130,00 won from September 29, 2018 from around 200 to around 582 times the sum of 91,31,00 won from the day when he/she performed surgery, such as eyebrow, scrow, scrow, and scrow, etc. from around October 8, 2018 to the day when he/she received 130,000 won in return for 30,000 won in total from around 1, 2018 to the day when he/she received 30,000 won in addition to 36,000 won in total from around 20,000 won in charge of violation of the Medical Service Act, etc., and from around October 8, 2018 to the day when he/she continued to perform the business of “F” from Seo-gu to the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in medical practice for profit-making purposes even though he was not a doctor.

2. 공중위생관리법위반 미용업을 하고자 하는 자는 보건복지부령이 정하는 시설 및 설비를 갖추고 시장군수구청장에게 신고하여야 하고, 미용업자는 점빼기귓볼뚫기쌍거풀수술문신박피술 그 밖에 이와 유사한 의료행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
