2. Indication of claim; and

A. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 180 million to the Plaintiff four times from June 30, 2015 to December 30, 2015 (two-month unit).

B. Therefore, as the Defendant seeks from December 31, 2015 to August 17, 2017, on which the copy of the instant complaint was served, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 180 million won and damages for delay at each rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.

3. Judgment by public notice (Articles 208 (3) 3, and 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act).
