On May 13, 2014, at around 02:12, the Defendant reported to the purport that “Fingsing from the stairs of “Fingsing” located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, reported to the police officer in charge to the effect that “The rescue is different because they are detained on the underground.”

However, there was no fact that the defendant was detained underground at the time.

As a result, the Defendant reported a false crime to a public official.
