50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

1. On May 13, 2012, at around 16:00, the Defendant purchased a penphone in a way that 300,000 won of a penphone from the Busan Shipping Daegu to pay C later, and 0.5g of a penphone from C.

2. On May 15, 2012, around 00:00 and around Pyeongtaek-si Terminal, the Defendant sold phiphonephones in the way of receiving KRW 500,000 for philophones later and delivering approximately 0.5g of philophones purchased as described in paragraph 1 to E.

3. At around 20:30 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with F, received approximately 0.4 g of philopon in E car parked at the entrance of Pyeongtaek-si G Park from E, and received and delivered philopon.

4. At around 20:30 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with F, administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.15g of opphones delivered from F car parked on the entrance road of Pyeongtaek-si G Park, as described in paragraph 3, into two opphones, and inserting them into their arms after dilution with their growth waterways.

5. From September 18, 2012, around 21:00 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05gh of philophones into the toilet at I store located in Busan Metropolitan City, and dilution with raw water, and administering phiphones in a way of injection to the Defendant’s arms.
