The Defendant is an employer who has employed eight full-time workers in C and operated “C” as an industrial machinery manufacturing business entity.

"2014 Highly 2338"

1. The Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 9,674,90 for two retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, as shown in Appendix I, as well as KRW 3,187,50 on March 3, 2013, in which the Defendant was engaged in entertainment business from March 10, 2013 to March 25, 2013 at the same place of business, within the period of 14 days from the date of retirement, as shown in Appendix I.

2. The Defendant did not pay KRW 1,055,670,00 from the date of his/her retirement pay within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment due date, which was conducted by the Defendant from April 18, 201 to September 8, 2012.

When an employee retires, the employer of the 2014 High-Term 2339 shall pay wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the date of retirement unless the parties have agreed on the extension of the due date for payment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while working until March 25, 2013, did not pay KRW 3,103,120 of the retired worker F, within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date for payment, and did not pay KRW 6,257,800 in total for three workers as specified in the attached Table II of the crime frequency list, within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date for payment.

"2014 High 2340" Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 15,746,710 to four workers within 14 days from the date of retirement in which the cause for payment occurred, as shown in attached Table III, as well as KRW 1,50,000 of G working from July 2, 2013 to July 9, 2013 at the same place of business, as well as KRW 15,746,710, as shown in attached Table III.
