(a) The sentence against the defendant shall be six months of imprisonment;

(b) provided, however, that this judgment has become final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, near the new forest station located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant received approximately KRW 1.50,000,000 from B, who was delivered about KRW 1g of the hemp.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

B. Around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant dumped at the house of the Defendant, F.M. F. F. 1320, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Ilyang-si, and 1g of marijuana, and dump the smoke by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

C. On December 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant received approximately 1.50,000 won for marijuana from B, in the form of a friju, and received approximately 1g, from B, around the 150,000 won for marijuana.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased marijuana. D.

At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant dices at the above house of the Defendant, after saving one cigarette, after taking about 1g of marijuana, and making a smoke by attaching a fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

E. On December 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on the date of the lower order, around 22:50,00, received approximately KRW 1.50,000,00 from B, for marijuana.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

F. At around 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant dumped at the Defendant’s house, dumping the part of one cigarette, dumping it with approximately 1g of marijuana, and dump it with a fire attached thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

G. On March 2014, the Defendant: (a) around a club in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the trade name of which is unknown at around 01:00, the date of which was around 01:00, and (b) received approximately 110,000 won for marijuana from G, and received approximately 1g of marijuana from G.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

H. The Defendant, at around 03:00 on the same day, dumped at the Defendant’s house, dumped tobacco, flapsed by putting approximately 1g of marijuana, and dump by attaching a fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

I. On March 201, 201, the Defendant was on the date of the lower order of 01:00.
