1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 81,353,424 as well as KRW 80,00,000 among them, which shall be from June 22, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff extended a loan of KRW 80,000 to the defendant on November 27, 2017, and on June 21, 2018, the loan interest rate of KRW 1,353,424 is KRW 9.5%.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated by the agreement of the above 9.5% from June 22, 2018 to the day of full payment of the final interest rate of KRW 81,353,424 and the principal of the loan of KRW 80,000,000,000, which is the day following the day of final calculation of interest.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
