1. As to KRW 20,710,00 and KRW 14,710,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from November 14, 2018 to February 21, 2019.
1. Indication of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims in attached Form; and
2. Grounds for recognition: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The Plaintiff claimed payment of damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 14, 2018 to the date of full payment. However, the interest rate of 15% per annum is applicable from the date following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint. Thus, the Plaintiff only recognized damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from November 14, 2018 to February 21, 2019, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and the excess portion is dismissed.
