Punishment of the crime
On October 15, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 30,00 from D in the inn of “C” located in Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungwon-gu, Jinnam-si, and caused E to have sexual intercourse with D at the above inn of the above inn of 202, but did not have sexual intercourse with D at the wind controlled by the police.
As a result, the defendant tried to arrange sexual traffic.
The intention was not achieved but was attempted.
