If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. On September 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on September 18, 2013, 200, acquired one 50,000 won of cash 33,000 won, military personnel identification card, and agricultural agricultural cooperative non-management card, which was issued by the Victim C, within the B bus operated from Geumpo-dong, Geumpo-gu, Busan to Seosan-si.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.
