A. On March 15, 1994, around 11:45, 1994, the Defendant’s employees B violated the restrictions on the operation of the road management authority by operating C Freight Vehicles owned by the Defendant in the state that each of three tons was loaded at the 2:3 tons of the 2:3 tons of the 2013 Highest 2420 (a summary order subject to review: 94 Highest 94 Highest 1021, August 12, 1994).

B. At around 23:45 on August 21, 1993, the Defendant’s employee B, with respect to the Defendant’s work, violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating a DNA freight vehicle owned by the Defendant in excess of 1.3 tons at the 3rd to the 3rd to the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to the 1.3 tons at the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to the 3rd to the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to the 1.3 tons of the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to the 4th to

C. Around June 11, 1993, the employees of the Defendant’s 2013 Highest 2422 (Order of Summary: 93 highest 23395, Jan. 22, 1994) violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating the FF rolling stock owned by the Defendant while loaded more than 2.3 tons at a point 7.4 km away from the border line of the Incheon Highway Business Office, Incheon Highway Corporation around June 11, 1993.

At around 13:40 on July 9, 1993, the employee G of the defendant was in violation of the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating the H cargo vehicle owned by the defendant as he was loaded with the 1.675 tons of each of the 3 and 4 tons at the street in front of the Incheon East-dong Incheon Steel Complex, Dong-gu, Incheon at around 13:40 on July 9, 1993.

E. Around October 25, 1994, the employee I of the defendant 2013 Highest 2424 (Order of Summary: 94 High Court Decision 94 Highest 21197, Feb. 28, 1995) operated the J cargo vehicle owned by the defendant while the defendant 1 was loaded more than 2 tons at the Don-ri local road in the Don-ri local road in the Don-gun-si, Yangju-gun, the Don-gun, and 3 tons at the 3 livestock.
