On September 21, 2012, the Defendant sentenced three months to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Cheongju District Court's Cheongju branch on September 21, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chungcheong detention center on December 18, 2012.

1. Around 14:42 on November 10, 2014, the Defendant was driving an Eone Star Car without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle driving license for a motor vehicle from the front of D's nearby French voice C to the front of its nearby Buddhist land through the said D parking lot to the front of its nearby Buddhist land.

2. On November 13, 2014, at the same time as Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) caused a traffic accident that shocks the F NAS car parked at the said D parking lot; (b) was the wife to be subject to criminal punishment for violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by causing a traffic accident, while parking the said EA car at the said D parking lot; and (c) caused G, who was aware of it on November 13, 2014, to capture it, told G, who was driving the said EA car, to ask for a false statement that he had driven the said EA car at the police station; and (d) caused him to attend the police station and make a false statement.

On November 13, 2014, at around 12:50 on November 13, 2014, the Defendant instigated a police officer in charge of investigating the case under paragraph (1) by having G attend a traffic survey room in the voice of the Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Police Station, and under examination of the suspect.
