1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 10, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On January 7, 2010, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 35,000,000 to the Defendant with a certificate of cash rent set at one month after the due date. On January 7, 201, the Plaintiff claimed the above loan and damages for delay.
