1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 11, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On May 14, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) the Defendant (agent C) decided on May 14, 2015 that KRW 501 of the fifth floor of the building D, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, KRW 30 million, KRW 400,000 per month; and (b) the period on May 26, 2014; (c) the Plaintiff paid KRW 300,000 on the date of the contract, and KRW 27 million on May 26, 2012, and the said lease was terminated upon the expiration of the period.
