However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On August 12, 2019, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) around 01:00, in the vicinity of Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant laid down a bridge connected to the Busan Shipping Station management of the Busan Shipping Station (KPCM-18-025, equipment number: M 1204) in the direction of the Busan Shipping Station, which was installed and operated inside the ice located near the road, and used to prevent the loss of the equipment connected to the said cream, pent up, pent up, and pent up to the crop; and (b) the crop connected to the said crop; and (c) the electric source code connected to the crop.
