Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution on December 4, 2014 by the Seoul Southern District Court on the grounds of violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence).
【Criminal Facts】
1. On November 22, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.45g of cash, which is a psychotropic drug brought by E, at a hotel room in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, by paying KRW 190,000,00 in cash, at a hotel room in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant put about approximately 0.3g of the philophones purchased together with E at the time and place referred to in paragraph 1, and 0.3g of the philophones purchased together with E, put them above the rophones on the rophones, opened the rophones by heating them, and administered the philophones in a manner of

4. On January 18, 2015, the Defendant paid and purchased KRW 300,000,000 in cash, which H brought from the exit route G 7, located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan CityF.
5. The Defendant, immediately after purchasing a phiphone, administered the phiphone in accordance with Paragraph 4 with Paragraph 2, together with a person who was killed in name (I) at a studio room near the above G, in the studio room near the above G.
6. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received request from J to request K to seek a phiphone; (b) contacted the said H to request K to seek a phiphone.
H received KRW 500,000 from K in cash from the alleyway near the 7th exit of the Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, and sold approximately KRW 0.6 g of phiphones.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.
